Tier and entitlement reference

Billing tier determines pillar inclusion, baseline limits, and the AI COO scope gate. Role entitlements remain a separate authorization axis.

Founding prices in source are $25, $50, and $100 for Core, Growth, and Scale. The source constants cap the founding cohort at 50 SMBs and set the discount to 50 percent.

The accounting AI COO scope admits Accounting, Reporting, and Portal catalog tools. full admits entitled non-Studio tools. unlimited allows every catalog pillar through the scope check, but tier, role, entitlement, feature, surface, and policy gates still apply.

Practice connections

The checked-in constants define 10 free connections, $7 per connection above that threshold, and $5 per connection above 50. Billing implementation and customer contract determine how those constants are applied; the guide does not infer a charge from a displayed client count alone.

Reporting limits

Reporting resolves its own free, pro, team, and enterprise plan vocabulary. Current limits range from 500 query rows and three schedules on Free to 10,000 query rows and 100 schedules on Enterprise. Ask InBlack and DuckDB are disabled on Free; cross-organization reporting is enabled on Team and Enterprise.

Do not translate platform tier names to Reporting plan names by price similarity. The Reporting resolver owns that mapping and defaults unknown stored values to Free.

See Role and entitlement-triple matrix for the independent role axis and Quotas for route-specific caps.
