Notes
Use Accounting > Client Portal > Notes to maintain practice notes by client organization. Select a client, enter a note, and use the row actions to pin, unpin, edit, or delete it.
Notes are loaded by clientNotes(orgId) and sorted in the browser with pinned notes first, then most recently updated. The current UI has no tag field or tag filter.
Notes live only on the page-level Client Portal tab. Selecting a client card currently navigates to Notes but does not pass that card’s organization into the tab, so the Notes tab defaults to its first client until manually changed. Notes are not embedded in each client’s pillar pages.
