Trial balance

The Trial Balance tab lists each account’s debit or credit balance as of the selected end date.

Use it to confirm total debits and credits agree before close, export, or tax preparation. A balanced trial balance confirms arithmetic equality; it does not prove that accounts, dates, classifications, or counterparties are correct.

The same Financial Reports page also provides General Ledger, vendor expense, customer revenue, AR aging, and AP aging tabs for investigation. Users with export permission can generate CSV, XLSX, or PDF output from Trial Balance.
