Health scores
The Health Scores page is a read-only analysis of RFME-based contact health.
It shows average score, a 90-day daily average trend, score histogram, configured tier distribution, up to 25 at-risk contacts, and a tier-filtered contact list sorted by score. Tier labels and score ranges come from the service configuration rather than being hard-coded in the page.
Select a tier card or filter to narrow the contact list. Open a contact for its detailed activity and relationship context.
Trend data accumulates during scheduled refreshes, so a new tenant may have current scores without historical trend points. This page does not provide a recompute button. Configure weighting and refresh behavior in Customer 360 settings.
The current MCP catalog does not expose the historical recompute or refresh tool names.
