Share link quotas
Creating a shared report link reserves quota for the tenant in the request context. The same tenant ID is stored on the link and later used to generate its report.
When a practice is operating inside a client tenant, the client’s tenant context is charged, not the practice merely because the actor belongs to a practice. Practice-tier unlimited quota applies only when the active tenant itself has that entitlement.
The quota service reserves atomically, persists the count for the billing period, and releases the reservation when link creation fails after reservation. Revoking or expiring a successfully created link does not refund its creation count.
Current configured monthly limits are 5 for Core, 25 for Growth, and unlimited for Scale, Enterprise, and Practice.
