Entitlements for practices
Practice subscriptions include Portal, Accounting, Reporting, and Customer 360, an Accounting-scoped AI COO, two practice-team seats, and unlimited share links. Commerce and Studio are not included by the practice tier itself.
Practice-team seats use the same active-member plus pending-invitation gate as other tenants. The configured additional-seat price is zero, but the current UI has no self-service seat purchase. Inviting or reactivating beyond two seats returns SEAT_LIMIT_REACHED; contact InBlack to change practice-team capacity.
Client organizations remain separate tenants with their own memberships, products, subscriptions, and authorization. Linking a client does not merge tenant data or grant every practice teammate access.
Active client links are counted separately as practice connections. The first ten are marked free and later links are marked billable in entitlement summaries; see Practice billing for the implementation boundary.
