Commerce channels connect a brand to an external sales platform and track catalog synchronization.

Add and operate a channel

Select Add Channel, choose a brand and platform, and complete the platform-specific fields. The page supports Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Magento, eBay, and Walmart choices; required credentials and region fields vary by platform.

Each channel card shows platform, brand, status, and sync information. Supported actions include:

  • start or inspect a sync job;
  • pause or resume the channel;
  • push all listings for eligible channels;
  • open channel detail for listing and configuration information.

These operations can change external listings. Confirm the brand, platform account, and sync direction before starting a full push.

The current MCP catalog does not expose the historical channel-management names. Use the generated Commerce catalog for supported tools.
