Time tracking
The Time Tracking page records work by user and optional job, manages billing-rate profiles, and converts eligible job time into invoices.
Record time
Select New Time Entry or use the page timer to create a draft entry. Entries can include date, user, job, description, duration, billable state, and supported rate information. The list filters by status and job; statuses include logged, approved, billed, and void.
Authorized users can approve logged entries. The Weekly Timesheet tab groups hours by user and day and summarizes total, billable, and billed time.
Invoice and rates
Choose a job filter, then select Invoice Job Time to invoice eligible unbilled entries for that job. Review included hours and rate profiles first because invoicing changes entry state and creates receivables.
The rate-profile section can create or update a member rate, activate or deactivate it, and delete an inactive profile where allowed.
The current MCP catalog does not expose member-rate or job-time invoicing operations under the historical names.
