Customer 360 settings

Use /settings to manage the live RFME health model. The page has four categories: Scoring, Schedule, Tiers, and Data Sources.

Wired controls

  • Scoring loads and updates Recency, Frequency, Monetary, and Engagement weights through updateHealthScoringModel. Integer weights must total 100.
  • Schedule displays the backend’s last run, last success, processed count, and last error. Refresh all scores calls refreshHealthScores.
  • Tiers updates labels, colors, and score ranges through updateHealthTiers. Ranges must cover 0 through 100 without gaps or overlaps.

The Data Sources category displays a fixed four-row status list from the frontend. It does not query integration health or configure streams.

This page does not contain module toggles, notification settings, export retention, or custom-field controls.
