Contact detail

Open /contacts/:contactId from the contact list to inspect one contact. The page combines the contact, contactHealth, and cursor-paginated contactTimeline queries.

Available detail

  • Email, phone, company link, and tags.
  • Lifetime revenue, order count, average order value, and AR balance.
  • Overall health score, tier, trend, RFME axis scores, raw factors, configured weights, and weighted contributions.
  • AI summary when the health record contains one.
  • Reverse-chronological activity with CRM, Commerce, Accounting, Studio, Portal, and Notify filters.

Use Load more to append the next timeline page. Changing the pillar filter resets pagination.

The current Email and Edit Contact buttons have no handlers. The page does not expose merge or per-contact health recompute actions, even though mergeContacts and recomputeHealth exist in GraphQL. Use Customer 360 Settings for a wired all-contact recompute.
