Tuning the RFME model

Customer health combines Recency, Frequency, Monetary, and Engagement scores. Open Customer 360 > Settings > Scoring to change each axis’s integer percentage weight. The four values must total 100 before the page enables save.

Use Tiers to define the labeled score bands. Every integer score from 0 through 100 must belong to exactly one tier; gaps, overlaps, reversed ranges, and values outside that interval are rejected.

Saving uses updateHealthScoringModel and updateHealthTiers. Use the Schedule panel’s Refresh all scores action to call refreshHealthScores after a model change. Run status shows the backend’s latest processing result.

The UI does not expose per-axis normalization constants such as percentile or decay parameters. Those calculations remain platform-managed. Contact detail shows the resulting raw value, normalized score, weight, and contribution when factor data is available.
