Inventory by warehouse

The Inventory page shows stock by variant and warehouse, movement history, channel allocation, accounting reconciliation, and inventory-impact analysis.

Stock operations

• Adjust applies a positive or negative quantity delta with notes.
• Receive adds shipment quantity with an optional purchase-order reference.
• Bulk Adjust applies one delta to selected or filtered rows and requires a reason.
• Bulk Set replaces quantity with an absolute value and requires a reason.

Bulk Set is especially destructive because it overwrites current values. Confirm the target scope and warehouse before submitting.

Channel allocation

Allocation rules can reserve a fixed quantity, allocate a percentage, or use another service-supported strategy per channel. A safety buffer is withheld from the channel’s sellable quantity. The dialog shows current available-to-sell for the selected rule.

Use the Movement Audit Log to trace recent stock changes and the Accounting Reconciliation section to investigate quantity or value differences.
