Plans, tiers, and entitlements
InBlack’s platform tiers are Core, Growth, Scale, Enterprise, and Practice. A tier sets included pillars, seats, share-link limits, list pricing fields, and the AI COO scope gate. Role permissions and feature flags remain independent checks.
Included pillars
| Tier | Included product pillars |
|---|---|
| Core | Portal, Accounting, Reporting |
| Growth | Core plus Commerce, Customer 360, and Data X |
| Scale | Growth plus Studio |
| Enterprise | Same checked-in pillar set as Scale; commercial terms are contractual |
| Practice | Portal, Accounting, Reporting, and Customer 360 |
Core, Growth, and Scale list at $49, $99, and $199 per month in the canonical tier table. Enterprise is contract-priced and Practice is usage-based. Billing UI and the applicable customer agreement are authoritative for an actual subscription quote.
Access levels
An active or trialing subscription has full access. Past-due access is graduated:
- Days 0 through 7: full.
- Days 8 through 14: reads continue; write methods return
402 read_only_access. - Day 15 onward: requests are locked with a
402billing error.
Canceled or otherwise inactive subscriptions fail the active-subscription gate. See Billing past-due behavior for the operator workflow.
The Tier and entitlement reference records current source values; Billing plans and tiers covers the live Portal UI.
