AI customer Q&A
Use /ai to ask the Customer 360 assistant natural-language questions. The chat hook sends prompts to the Customer 360 API, retains the current conversation in the page, supports regenerate and clear, and displays suggested follow-ups returned by the service.
The current quick prompts cover customer value, inactivity, acquisition channel, health trends, wholesale versus retail revenue, and overdue invoices. A ?q= URL parameter sends an initial prompt once.
The four signal counters shown above the chat are fixed presentation values, not live queries. Treat them as interface examples; ask the assistant or open the underlying contact and report pages for tenant data.
