Balance sheet
The Balance Sheet tab reports assets, liabilities, and equity as of the selected end date.
Use the report date controls to choose the as-of date. Enable Compare with prior year to request comparative values and display the prior amount and change for report lines.
Review whether assets equal liabilities plus equity and investigate unexpected changes through the underlying account and General Ledger reports. The AI highlights are advisory summaries of loaded report data.
Users with export permission can generate CSV, XLSX, or PDF output. When comparison is enabled, the export request uses the prior and current as-of dates for the comparative balance-sheet report.
