Portal overview
Portal is the tenant, team, role, billing, settings, and cross-product navigation application. Its home page is the AI COO Conversation Theatre.
The home page loads a morning briefing and pins it above the conversation when briefing data is ready. The theatre can render text, structured workflow cards, citations, deep links, and pending-action decisions. Loading, empty, and error states are handled independently from the chat transcript.
The organization switcher lists accessible tenants and reloads Portal at its root after a selection. Navigation to Accounting, Commerce, Customer 360, Reporting, Studio, and Data X is recalculated from the active tenant’s roles and entitlements.
