Audit log
The Accounting audit log shows tenant-scoped audit entries returned by the auditLog GraphQL query. It is a view of recorded events, not a guarantee that every operation in every product emits an Accounting audit row.
Review activity
Open Accounting > Audit Log. Each row can show the event time, action, entity type and shortened ID, user, change summary, and IP address. When no user is attached, the page labels the actor as System.
Use the action and entity-type filters to narrow the server query. The date fields filter the entries loaded on the current page in the browser. Results are paginated in groups of 50, so a date filter does not search unloaded pages.
The action picker includes create, update, delete, post, reverse, settings and membership changes, sync activity, Stripe connection activity, and period close or reopen actions. Actual results depend on which services wrote audit records for the active tenant.
For the platform-wide append-only event system used by agent and governance workflows, see The audit log and change ledger.
