Commerce overview

The Commerce dashboard summarizes the active tenant’s sales and operating signals.

It includes revenue, orders, average order value, customers, revenue trend, channel performance, top products, customer and inventory summaries, stockout predictions, return patterns, abandoned-cart and segment insights, order-anomaly review, margin alerts, and pricing recommendations when data is available.

Order anomalies can be approved, held, or dismissed. Pricing recommendations can be applied, approved, or dismissed. Those review actions are persisted workflow decisions; inspect the recommendation and affected product before choosing a state.

Refresh controls request new order or margin intelligence from the service. Dashboard analytics are tenant-scoped and may combine multiple brands and channels.
