Discounts and promotions
The Discounts & Coupons page creates code-based or automatic discounts and tracks their state and redemption count.
Create a discount
Choose Percentage, Fixed Amount, Buy X Get Y, or Free Shipping. Enter a name, optional code, value required by the form, active dates, usage limit, and target scope. Scope can be all products or selected products, brands, or collections.
A blank code represents an automatic discount candidate. A code must be supplied by checkout for code-based validation. The detail page can request an impact forecast from historical order data; treat that forecast as an estimate.
Use the row actions to activate or deactivate a discount or delete it after confirmation. Existing order prices are historical transaction data and are not recalculated by deleting the discount.
The operator page does not configure stacking, and the reviewed service does not publish a universal arbitration rule for multiple eligible discounts. Do not assume discounts combine.
