Contacts

The /contacts page is a live, read-only directory of Customer 360 contacts. It queries contacts with search, health-tier filter, pagination, and a last-activity sort.

Rows show identity, company, tags, lifetime revenue, order count, last activity, health score and tier, accounts-receivable balance, and source. Select a row to open its detail page.

The current page does not expose create, edit, archive, merge, duplicate detection, bulk tagging, or custom-field entry. Corresponding GraphQL mutations exist in the client schema, but this route does not call them. The visible Add Contact button has no handler.
